Products chosen with the utmost care, a masterful blend of different culinary cultures (French, Italian, and Asian), incomparable flavours, and food cooked to perfection… Horst Petermann is an alchemist of taste and he invites you on a journey into his garden of earthly delights. An indulgent escape with a touch of the sea odyssey since the chef avows a real passion for seafood. Indeed, resistance is useless when you set eyes on his tartare of sea bream or langoustine tempura. But meat lovers need not worry… they too are catered to and can savour marvels such as his pan-fried foie gras with a red cabbage confit and a drizzle of almond vinaigrette. Absolutely enchanting!
