Hints and tips for a good barbecuing
I prefer to grill over hardwoods as opposed to charcoal or gas. If you have access to different types of hardwoods, you can develop a special blend that will enhance the flavor of the food. With regards to tips for grilling outdoors, I am a big believer in making sure that you have your entire "mise en place" in order before you begin. You should also have an idea of the order you need to cook things in so that all the food is ready at once. If you do not give some thought to these things, you will find yourself busy running around trying to gather all the necessary items that you lose control of what you are cooking. I also think it is a nice idea to share in the task of cooking so that everyone has a part of the dinner preparation which for me makes it more enjoyable.
