Shavings
Shavings are very easy to make: just scrape the chocolate with a vegetable peeler or cheese grater (using the large holes).
Sprinkles
Melt the chocolate and spread it with a spatula over plastic wrap. Once it hardens, gently remove the plastic and break up the chocolate with your fingertips.
Discs
Finally, it's quite easy to make chocolate discs: just press an inverted champagne flute into chocolate that has been melted and cooled in the refrigerator.
