Buying

Goji berries are a fruit that are mainly available to buy as a dried version.  

Storing

As with other dried fruits, store the berries in a cool, dry place, in an airtight tin.

Preparing

Eat them straight from the pack or you can rehydrate them in green tea, lychee juice or other fruit juice. 

Cooking

Try them in salads…

You can bake them into breakfast bars, muffins, cookies, mini salted cakes with parmesan…

Or throw a handful into your muesli mix, your cereals, your yogurt...

Savouring Chinese Style

 Goji berries have been traditionally used in Asian cuisine and medecine.
