V.D.Q.S. since 1994, this wine region is spread over 57 ha planted on slopes, situated north of the Tarn ravines. Annual production of about 2 000 hl, mostly red wine (71 %) and rosé (25 %). The fruity red wines and enticing rosés are made from syrah, gamay, cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc, fer servadou and duras, while the whites are made from chenin blanc and mauzac. The Cave Coopérative of Aguessac represents about 70 % of production.
