Ethiopian Coffee
Did you know that coffee plants originated in Ethiopia? In every family, the head of the family is responsible for buying the beans and roasting them himself. Pure Moka Djimmah grows on the high plateaus, 1800 m above sea level.
Ethiopia is first and foremost a producer of the famous Moka. Ethiopian coffees usually have a slightly wild flavor, with an exotic touch and high acidity.
