Avocado Salad Recipe

Ingredients
Ingredients for 2 servings
- 2 Avocados
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. oil
- Juice of 1 lime
- A pinch of oregano and coriander
- Salt and pepper
- 1 small slice of hot red chili (optional)
Method
- halve and pit the two avocados; remove the flesh from one avocado and dice it;
- set aside the two remaining avocado halves, sprinkling them with the juice of half a lime;
- combine the diced avocado with the remaining ingredients and fill the cavity of the two avocado halves;
- serve as a first course or as a side dish with grilled fish.
