Cabbage Consommé with Peas and Diced Turkey Recipe

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 1/2 curly green Cabbage
- 200 g (7 oz.) green peas
- 250 g (8 oz.) diced Turkey
- 150 g (5 oz.) vermicelli noodles
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 10 cherry tomatoes
Method
- Remove the outer leaves from the cabbage and slice them into strips.
- Add the chicken bouillon cubes to some boiling water along with the peas and vermicelli; add the cabbage and diced turkey.
- Simmer for about 15 minutes, then add the quartered cherry tomatoes. Heat through. Correct the seasoning and serve hot.
