Cabbage Consommé with Peas and Diced Turkey

For 4 servings

- 1/2 curly green Cabbage
- 200 g (7 oz.) green peas
- 250 g (8 oz.) diced Turkey
- 150 g (5 oz.) vermicelli noodles
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 10 cherry tomatoes
  1. Remove the outer leaves from the cabbage and slice them into strips. 
  2. Add the chicken bouillon cubes to some boiling water along with the peas and vermicelli; add the cabbage and diced turkey. 
  3. Simmer for about 15 minutes, then add the quartered cherry tomatoes. Heat through. Correct the seasoning and serve hot.
