Serve ready-to-drink Chic Choc beverages with your poutine. Whether it's a Chic Choc Libre or a Chic Choc Storm with ginger, these refreshing drinks with spicy, woodsy flavors will be a hit - the perfect pairing with Chic Choc spiced rum poutine sauce. Simple and delicious!

- French fries
- Curd cheese

- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 small onion, diced
- 125 ml Chic Choc spiced rum + 1 Tbsp.
- 250 ml homemade or prepared demi-glace
- 2 Tbsp. 35% cream
- Salt & pepper to taste
  1. In a saucepan, melt the butter and sauté the onion.
  2. Add the Chic Choc spiced rum (125 ml) and bring to a boil; reduce by half.
  3. Add the demi-glace and heat to a simmer.
  4. Add the cream and simmer gently until the sauce reaches the desired consistency.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add the tablespoon of Chic Choc spiced rum. 
  7. Strain to obtain a smooth sauce.

Pour the sauce over the fries and top with the curd cheese.
