Chocolate with Blueberries Recipe

Chef's Note
A specialty that has made the reputation of the Mistassini Trappist Fathers' chocolate shop on Lac St. Jean.
Ingredients
- 500 ml (2 cups) small blueberries
- 225 g (8 oz.) semisweet, 70% dark or couverture chocolate
Method
- Melt the chocolate in a bowl set over simmering water.
- Add the blueberries.
- Stir gently to coat the berries thoroughly.
- Drop large spoonfuls of the mixture onto parchment paper and spread out slightly.
- Let cool completely.
You can also spread the mixture out over a sheet of parchment, refrigerate for 30 minutes and break into pieces.
