Chocolate "Marbré" Recipe

An extraordinary dessert that can be made in under 15 minutes - perfect for the beginning chef.
Serve right from the oven, or warm.
Ingredients
Ingredients for 10 servings
- 150 g (5 oz.) eating Chocolate
- 150 g (5 oz.) butter
- 3 eggs
- 120 g (4 oz.) sugar
- 120 g (4 oz.) sifted flour
- 5 g (1 1/2 tsp.) baking powder
- Whipping cream, sugar
Method
- Melt the chocolate and butter;
- Add the eggs, sugar, flour and baking powder and mix gently;
- Pour into 12 cm (5") molds (for individual marbrés, or use one large mold) and bake at 180° C (350° F) for 8 minutes.
- Whip the cream and sweeten lightly.
- Place some whipped cream on each plate and a marbré on top.
