Chocolate Orange Fondue Recipe

Ingredients
- 200 ml (3/4 cup) cream
- 200 g (7 oz.) couverture or 70% dark chocolate
- 1/2 tsp. grated orange zest
- juice of 1 orange
- 3 Tbsp. orange liqueur (such as Grand Marnier or Cointreau)
- sugar (depending on the sweetness of the chocolate)
Accompaniments, as desired
- banana
- apple
- pineapple slices
- strawberries
- kiwi
- pound cake
- etc.
Method
- Heat the cream in a bowl set over simmering water (double boiler). Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it in the cream.
- Flavor with the orange zest, juice, sugar and liqueur.
- Cut up the fruit and cut the cake into cubes.
- Serve immediately in a fondue pot set over a warmer.
