Christmas Beets Recipe

Method
- Wash the beets well to remove any soil.
- Cook, unpeeled, in boiling water for 40-60 minutes, depending on size. The beets are cooked when very tender. The skins can then be pulled off very easily, without the need of a knife.
- Cut the beets into sticks and sauté in butter with a drizzle of honey and a handful of cranberries.
