Chef's Note

This dip is delicious with raw vegetables, but it can also be served with chicken or fish, shellfish or potato chips.

- 250 ml (1 cup) mayonnaise
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) thick plain yogurt
- 4 tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
- 3 tbsp. fresh chopped chives
- 2 tbsp. fresh chopped basil
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- salt and freshly ground pepper
  1. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise and yogurt. Add the remaining ingredients.
  2. Season generously and let sit for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
