No-Bake Cheesecake Recipe
Chef's Note
This is a quick, no-bake dessert served at Fajâ dos Padres.
Ingredients
For 4-6 servings
- 250 g (9 oz.) cream cheese
- 250 ml (1 cup) whipping cream
- 250 ml (1 cup) condensed milk
- 2 sheets or 1 packet gelatin
- Graham wafer crumbs
- butter
- oil
- berry coulis
Method
Food processor preparation
- Soften the gelatin in a little water.
- Place the cream cheese, cream, gelatin and condensed milk in a food processor and process until smooth.
- Add a little melted butter to the Graham crumbs; lightly oil a high-sided tart pan and press in the crumb mixture.
- Pour the filling into the crust; refrigerate.
- Serve with a berry coulis.
