Roasted New Potatoes with 7 Spices Recipe

Ingredients
- 16 medium New Potato (Ile de Ré, if possible), fairly elongated
Spices
- Cumin
- Paprika
- Chili
- Curry
- Fleur de sel
- Thyme
- Rosemary
Method
- Rinse the potatoes under running water, dry them and cut in half lengthwise.
- Preheat the oven to 200° C (400° F). Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and sprinkle generously with the different spices.
- Roast in the oven for 15 minutes, until puffed and golden.
