Roasted New Potatoes with 7 Spices

Preheat the oven to 200° C (400° F)
Preparation time: 5 minutes

Serve as an hors d'oeuvre or as a side dish to the main course.

Ingredients
- 16 medium New Potato (Ile de Ré, if possible), fairly elongated

Spices
- Cumin
- Paprika
- Chili
- Curry
- Fleur de sel
- Thyme
- Rosemary
Method
  1. Rinse the potatoes under running water, dry them and cut in half lengthwise.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200° C (400° F). Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and sprinkle generously with the different spices.
  3. Roast in the oven for 15 minutes, until puffed and golden.
