Gluten Free Shanghai Cucumbers Recipe
Ingredients
- 340 g / 12 oz. Peeled and Seeded Cucumbers
- 1/2 Tsp. Toasted Sesame Seeds
Sauce
- 3 Tbsp. / 1.5 oz. Gluten Free Soy Sauce
- 1 Tsp. White Vinegar
- 1/4 Tsp. tsp. Sesame Oil
Method
- Cut cucumber into 2,5 cm / 1” pièces
- Mix together the sauce ingredients
- Mix sauce together with the cucumbers
- Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top
