Western-Style Salad Recipe

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- Mixed salad greens (curly, lollo bianco, Romaine, etc.)
- 200 g (7 oz.) curly endive
- 1 small red pepper
- 150 g (5 oz.) bean sprouts
- 1 mango
- 1 basket of cress
- 1 small onion
For the vinaigrette
- 5 tbsp. Kikkoman soy sauce or Kikkoman sweet soy sauce
- 5 tbsp. grapeseed oil
- 2 tbsp. sherry vinegar
- Ground pepper
Method
- Make the vinaigrette: combine the soy sauce, oil, vinegar and pepper.
- Wash the salad greens, cress, curly endive and bean sprouts.
- Cut the greens coarsely. Cut the pepper into small pieces. Peel and cut the mango into pieces. Peel and slice the onion.
- Toss everything with the vinaigrette.
