- Dry cider served at 10-12° C so that the flavors emerge, or 6-8° C for Poiré (pear cider)

- White Burgundy (e.g., Mersault), Bourgogne Aligoté, Chablis, Sauternes, Alsace Pinot Gris, Late Harvest Gewurztraminer, wines made from Chardonnay grapes
Red wines
