Arak - Lebanese Night Recipe

- 1 scoop of Vanilla ice cream
- 1 scoop of rose water ice cream
- A splash of Fakra Arak
- A splash of rose water
Method
- Place the 2 ice creams in a blender.
 - Add a dash of arak and rose water.
 - Whir in the mixer until creamy and foamy.
 - Pour into a tall glass.
 - Fill with crushed ice.
 - Garnish with pine nuts and raisins macerated in orange flower water.
 - Sip slowly.
