Chef's Note

As its name indicates, this drink is best served as an aperitif. Forget about the stresses of the busy day and stimulate your appetite for a fabulous dinner.

This is a fairly sweet cocktail that is prepared right in the serving glass.

Ingredients
Ingredients
- 1 measure of Fakra Arak
- 2 measures of crème de cassis
- Orange zest
- Tonic water as required
Method
  1. Pour the arak and cassis into a flute. Mix well.
  2. Add ice cubes, sprinkling in the orange zest.
  3. Top up with tonic water and garnish with a slice of orange.
