Big Ben Recipe
Ingredients
For 1 cocktail
- 50 ml (2 oz.) Benedictine
- tonic water
- lemon zest
Glass
- highball
Garnish
- lemon zest
Method
- Pour the Benedictine into the glass.
- Fill with ice cubes, top up with tonic and garnish with lemon zest on the rim.
- Twist the zest and drop in the glass. Enjoy.
