Black Ice Recipe
Ingredients
For 1 cocktail
- 7 parts cold strong coffee
- 1 part hazelnut liqueur
- 1 part Irish Cream
- 1 part aged rum
Method
- Mix the coffee, hazelnut liqueur and rum in an ice-filled cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a large martini glass.
- Gently pour the Irish Cream over the top.
