Bloody Caesar Quartz Recipe

A timeless cocktail enhanced by a vodka of unparalleled purity!
Did you know that Quartz vodka is cryogenically treated (processed with extreme cold) to produce a silky taste free of impurities?
Ingredients
Per glass
- 45 ml Quartz vodka
- 2 dashes of hot sauce (Sriracha type)
- ½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1-1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 180 ml / 3/4 cup Mott's Clamato
Rim
- 2 Tbsp. steak spice mix
- ½ Tbsp. dry parsley
Garnishes
- Lemon wedges
- Celery stalks with leaves
- Cherry tomatoes
- Mini bocconcini, drained
Method
- In a small bowl, combine the steak spices and dried parsley.
- Rim a highball glass with citrus and rimmer.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes. Pour in the Quartz vodka, the two sauces and the lemon juice.
- Add ice then pour in the Mott’s Clamato. Give the cocktail a good stir to incorporate all the flavours.
- Make a mini skewer with the cherry tomatoes and the mini bocconcini.
- Garnish with a celery stalk, a lemon wedge and a mini skewer.
