Bloody Caesar Quartz
Chef's Note

A timeless cocktail enhanced by a vodka of unparalleled purity!

Did you know that Quartz vodka is cryogenically treated (processed with extreme cold) to produce a silky taste free of impurities?

Per glass

- 45 ml Quartz vodka
- 2 dashes of hot sauce (Sriracha type)
- ½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1-1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 180 ml / 3/4 cup Mott's Clamato

- 2 Tbsp. steak spice mix
- ½ Tbsp. dry parsley

- Lemon wedges
- Celery stalks with leaves
- Cherry tomatoes
- Mini bocconcini, drained
  1. In a small bowl, combine the steak spices and dried parsley.
  2. Rim a highball glass with citrus and rimmer.
  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes. Pour in the Quartz vodka, the two sauces and the lemon juice.
  4. Add ice then pour in the Mott’s Clamato. Give the cocktail a good stir to incorporate all the flavours.
  5. Make a mini skewer with the cherry tomatoes and the mini bocconcini.
  6. Garnish with a celery stalk, a lemon wedge and a mini skewer.
