Chef's Note

This drink was invented in 1960 by Andy MacElhone at Harry's Bar in Paris, and it's actually a cocktail for two. Andy MacElhone was none other than the son of Harry, the bar's founder and the inventor of the Side Car and the White Lady, to mention only his most famous cocktail creations.

Ingredients
For 1 cocktail

- 6 parts lemonade
- 2 parts blue Curaçao
- 2 parts vodka
Method
  1. Fill a highball glass or tumbler with ice.
  2. Pour in the vodka, then the Curaçao; fill with lemonade.
  3. Garnish with a citrus slice and a cherry.

For a more tropical presentation, use a tall tulip glass and garnish with a piece of pineapple.
