Broccoli with Gorgonzola Recipe

Ingredients
Ingredients for 4 servings
- 2 heads of Broccoli
- 200 g (7 oz.) Gorgonzola
- 5 eggs
- 100 ml (6 tbsp.) crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp. sesame seeds
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper
Method

Preheat the oven to 200° C (400° F). Wash the broccoli and cut into small bouquets.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the lemon juice. Add the broccoli and cook for 6-7 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Meanwhile, beat the eggs and add the gorgonzola in small pieces along with the cream. Combine everything in a blender until smooth.
- Sauté the sesame seeds in a dry skillet until nicely browned. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the broccoli in a baking dish, sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds and pour the gorgonzola mixture over top.
- Bake for about 30 minutes until the eggs are cooked.
