Buttered rum toddy Recipe
Ingredients
Per glass
- 30 ml (1 oz) Chic Choc spiced rum
- 15 ml (½ oz) syrup (2:1 honey:water)
- 15 ml (½ oz) lime juice
- 30 ml (1 oz) raw apple juice
- 75 ml (2 ½ oz) hot water
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- Cinnamon stick
Method
Step 1
Pour the Chic Choc rum, honey syrup, lime juice and apple juice into a cup.
Step 2
Add hot water and stir with a spoon.
Step 3
Add a cube of butter on the toddy and decorate with a cinnamon stick.
