Ingredients
Ingredients for 4 servings
- 500 g (18 oz.) Mushrooms
- 1 tbsp. butter
- Juice of half a lemon
- 2 tbsp. sour cream
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Preheat the oven to 150° C (300° F);
- grease a ceramic or other non-reactive baking dish;
- add the mushrooms in a single layer;
- sprinkle with salt, pepper and lemon juice;
- cover with sour cream;
- bake for 30 minutes and serve.
