This roasted Camembert is simply irresistible, with the sweet touch of PGI Agen prunes and the crunch of PDO Périgord walnuts and Cancon hazelnuts.

Ingredients
- 1 camembert or boxed goat cheese
- Périgord wa453]Périgord walnuts/a]
- Cancon Hazelnuts
- Honey from Nouvelle-Aquitaine
- Salies-de-Béarn Salt
Method
Step 1
Score the Camembert in a crisscross pattern.
Step 2
Place it in a small baking dish.
Step 3
Add the walnuts, hazelnuts, prunes, and drizzle with honey.
Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C / 350 °F for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Serve immediately with good crusty bread.
