Chocolate Beggars Recipe

Ingredients
Makes 15
- 200 g (7 oz.) milk or dark chocolate
- 60 g (2 oz.) whole almonds
- 50 g (2 oz.) whole hazelnuts
- 20 g (2/3 oz.) raisins
- 20 g (2/3 oz.) pistachios
Method
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
- Spread the chocolate into 5 cm (2") discs on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Place some almonds, hazelnuts, raisins and pistachios on each chocolate disc. Let harden in a cool place for 2-3 hours, then gently remove from the pan.
