Cocktails... French style!
See the step by step method:
Crush the mint leaves in a shaker using a muddler or the back of a spoon.
Pour in the Pineau des Charentes.
Add the blood orange or orange-tangerine juice and the ice.
Shake vigorously with a shaker.
Pour into a Collins glass and garnish with 2 straws, an orange wedge and a sprig of mint.
