Conch (pronounced "konk") is a large ocean mollusk with firm, white, peach-fringed meat.

Method
- Beat the conch until tender.
- Mix the eggs and milk in a large bowl.
- Dip the conch in flour until completely covered, then place conch in the milk and egg batter.
- Drain the conch for about 2 minutes, then dip in flour again for a second coating.
- Fry in oil until light to medium brown.
