For 4 servings

- 30 g / 2 Tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper
- 110 g parmesan cheese
- 500 ml / 2 cups cream
- 2 egg yolks
- 340 g fettucini or other pasta
- 110 g cured ham, cut into strips
  1. Cook and drain the fettucine;
  2. beat the egg yolks with the cream;
  3. in a large skillet, melt the butter; add the pasta, the cream and egg yolk mixture and the Parmesan;
  4. mix everything together with two forks - be careful, since the sauce thickens quickly;
  5. add the strips of cured ham and serve immediately.
