Crème brûlée with red Floc de Gascogne Recipe

Ingredients
For 6 servings
- 250 g (1 cup) milk
- 250 g (1 cup) liquid creme fraiche
- 140 g (3/4 cup) sugar
- 8 egg yolks
- 120 g (1/2 cup) red Floc de Gascogne
Method
- Mix the sugar with the egg yolks then, a little at a time, add the milk and creme fraiche and finish by adding the red Floc de Gascogne.
- Fill ramekins. Cook at 180°C / 350°F for 12 minutes.
- When cold sprinkle sugar on the ramekins and put under the grill to caramelize.
- Decorate with a skewer of fruit.
