Fried Hung Curd Peanuts Recipe

Chef's Note
A delicious snack recipe easy-to-prepare. Made using peanuts, hung curd, corn flour and spices, this North Indian recipe is best enjoyed in parties. Serve it with a green chutney in the pure tradition way.
(1) Hung curd can be replaced by greek yogurt.
Ingredients
For 8 servings
- 250 g raw peanuts
- 2 pinches garam masala powder
- 250 ml / 1 cup refined oil
- Salt as required
- 1 Tbsp. corn flour
- 2 cups water
For The Main Dish
- 1 cup hung curd
Method
- Soak peanuts in water for 2 hours. Remove the outer cover and keep aside.
- Add hung curd, garam masala along with salt and mix well. Leave it to dry for around one hour.
- Dust the peanuts with some corn flour.
- Put a kadahi on medium flame and heat oil in it. Carefully put peanuts in the hot oil and deep-fry in batches.
- Serve hit with green chutney.
