Chef's Note

As part of Gin Ungava en fête, the company has just launched Gin Ungava with ginger, a delicious accord that ends with a hot and spicy finish. Be the first to try it with our version of the Moscow Mule. 

Per glass

- 8 mint leaves
- 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
- 1-1/2 ozgin Ungava au Gingembre sauvage
- 4 to 5 oz Ginger ale
  1. Combine mint leaves, lime juice, and simple syrup in a shaker.
  2. Add gin and ice. Skake vigorously.
  3. Strain into a glass filled with ice.
  4. Top with ginger ale. Garnish with a mint twig.
