Fat burning green tea with lemon

Ingredients
Per cup

- 1 Tsp. dry green tea, loose leaves or bag
- ½ lemon for its juice
- 1 Tsp. dark honey
- 1 glass of water (200 ml)
Method

Step 1
Boil a cup of water in a pot.

2nd step
Once the water is boiling, add the green tea. Leave to infuse for a few minutes.

Step 3
Leave to rest, then filter the contents.

Step 4
Add freshly squeezed lemon juice – about 1/2 lemon.

Step 5
Sweeten with honey.

Enjoy your drink while it is still hot, preferably on an empty stomach, as soon as you get up.
