Grouper Coral Sands

Ingredients for 6 servings
- 675 g (1 1/2 lb.) Grouper filet, cut into bite-size pieces
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) butter
- 250 ml (1 cup) lime juice
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 2-1/2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 liter (4 cups) Sour cream
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) dried parsley
  1. Marinate the grouper in a large bowl with the sliced onions, lime juice and salt. Allow to sit for five minutes.
  2. Drain the grouper and sauté in a frying pan with butter, sliced garlic, sour cream and dried parsley. Cook for five minutes.
  3. Serve in individual small bowls with toast points.
