Guacamole Pyramids Recipe
Ingredients
Ingredients for 4 servings
- 4 ripe Avocados
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 4 chilis
- 10 large slices of white sandwich bread (about 350 g / 12 oz.)
Method
- Cut the avocadoes in half, remove the pits, scoop out the flesh and mash it to a smooth purée.
- Chop the onion finely, press the garlic and add both to the avocado purée with the lemon juice and seasoning. Mix well.
- Slice the chilies into small rings. Cut each slice of bread diagonally, then in half again to form four triangles. Divide the guacamole among the triangles, forming it into a pyramid. Garnish with a slice of chili.
