Guacamole Pyramids

Ingredients for 4 servings
- 4 ripe Avocados
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 4 chilis
- 10 large slices of white sandwich bread (about 350 g / 12 oz.)
  1. Cut the avocadoes in half, remove the pits, scoop out the flesh and mash it to a smooth purée.
  2. Chop the onion finely, press the garlic and add both to the avocado purée with the lemon juice and seasoning. Mix well.
  3. Slice the chilies into small rings. Cut each slice of bread diagonally, then in half again to form four triangles. Divide the guacamole among the triangles, forming it into a pyramid. Garnish with a slice of chili.
