Midnight Potion
A monstrous margarita to share
The Quebec distillery Les Spiritueux Ungava suggests this cocktail for your frightful fetes. Now all you need to do is find the right costume!
Ingredients
For 1 pitcher or 5 glasses
- 150 ml (5 oz) Ungava gin
- 112 ml (3 ¾ oz) tequila / mezcal
- 75 ml (2 ½ oz) orange liqueur
- 120 ml (4 oz) lime juice
- 30 ml (1 oz) agave syrup
- Fresh mint leaves
- Lime slices (fresh or dehydrated)
Method
- Pour all the liquid ingredients into a pitcher.
- Stir with a spoon then refrigerate.
- Add ice cubes and fresh mint when serving.
- Serve in small highball glasses filled with ice cubes.
- Garnish with a wedge of lime.
