The Ghost
An espresso martini to raise the dead

The Quebec distillery Les Spiritueux Ungava suggests this cocktail for your frightful fetes. Now all you need to do is find the right costume!
 

Ingredients
For 1 cocktail

- 30 ml (1 oz) Coureur des Bois maple cream
- 15 ml (½ oz) Quartz vodka
- 15 ml (½ oz) coffee liqueur
- 30 ml (1 oz) chilled espresso coffee
- coffee beans
Method
  1. Pour all the liquid ingredients into a shaker and add ice cubes.
  2. Shake for several seconds.
  3. Strain the contents of the shaker into a martini glass.
  4. Garnish with coffee beans.
