Herbed Yogurt Recipe

Chef's Note
Yogurt makes an excellent sauce.
Try version 1 with grilled zucchini - a real treat.
Ingredients
Version 1 to accompany grilled vegetables
- 1 small plain yogurt
- a little fresh cilantro
- 4 mint leaves
- a few chive spears
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- Salt and white pepper
Version 2 to accompany poultry
- 1 small plain yogurt
- Tarragon, parsley, chives
- 1 tbsp. light cream
- Salt and white pepper
Method
- Chop the herbs finely.
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients.
