Ingredients
Method
- Cook the apples in a little butter and maple syrup. Transfer to a heat-proof plate.
- Add the blueberries and grate some maple sugar over top.
- Pour on some 35% cream mixed with an egg yolk and a little Calvados.
- Place under the broiler until nicely browned.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream.
