Iceberg Salad Bowl Recipe
Ingredients
Ingredients for 4 servings
- 1 head of Iceberg lettuce
- 1 can of kernel corn
- 1 can of tuna (250 g / 9 oz.)
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 avocado
- 1 sprig of tarragon
Tarragon vinaigrette
- 1 part wine vinegar
- 2 parts oil
- Tarragon
Method
- Remove the large outer leaves from a head of iceberg lettuce. Arrange them into a bowl shape.
- Cut the remaining lettuce into cubes or thin wedges. Combine with the corn, flaked tuna, thinly sliced tomatoes, diced avocado and a few tarragon leaves.
- Add the vinaigrette and place in the middle of the bowl formed by the large leaves. Serve cold.
