Little Puff Pastries with Dried Ham, Roasted Tomato and Chevre Recipe

Ingredients
For 6 servings
- 12 thin slices of Dry ham
- 1 roll of puff pastry
- 6 small tomatoes
- 1 dry Goat cheese
- 100 ml (6 tbsp.) olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Wash the tomatoes and cut in half lengthwise. Place them on a sheet of aluminum foil; season and drizzle with olive oil.
- Roast in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Unroll the puff pastry and cut out small 5 cm (2") circles.
- Prick each circle with a fork and place half a roasted tomato on top.
- Bake at 210°C / 425°F for 10 minutes. Top with a strip of dried ham and a shaving of dry chevre.
