Little Skewers of Chipolatas with Rosemary and Sesame Seeds and Merguez with Eastern Spices Recipe

Ingredients
For 6 servings
- 6 plain Chipolatas
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary + 6 sprigs of Rosemary
- 2 tbsp. Eastern spice blend
- 1 tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1/2 tbsp. fleur de sel
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- Pepper
Method
- Preheat the broiler.
- Finely chop the rosemary leaves and combine with the sesame seeds, fleur de sel and a little freshly ground pepper.
- Cut the chipolatas into quarters and brush with a little olive oil.
- Dip in the rosemary-sesame seed mixture. Skewer the sausage pieces onto a rosemary stalk (leaves removed) and place under the broiler for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
- Repeat the process with the merguez sausage and the eastern spice blend, tapping to remove the excess.
