Macadamia Nut Phyllos Sticks Recipe

Ingredients
Ingredients for each roll
- 2 tbsp. clarified butter
- 1 large sheet of Phyllo or Filo pastry
- 4 tbsp. Macadamia nuts
- 2 tbsp. granulated sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tbsp. melted white chocolate
- 2 tbsp. melted dark chocolate
Method
- Roll up one sheet of phyllo dough horizontally and cut sheet into four even tubes.
- Unroll each tube and brush each sheet evenly with clarified butter.
- Mix macadamia nuts, sugar and cinnamon together. Place equal amounts of nut mixture at the end of each sheet of phyllo.
- Roll nut mixture tightly in each sheet of phyllo and brush lightly with butter.
- Dust lightly with sugar and bake at 350°F. (180°C.) until golden brown - Approximately 10 minutes.
- Let cool. Dip one end of stick in dark chocolate and the other end in white chocolate. Stack sticks for presentation.
